WITHDRAWAL
You may cancel your contract within one month without giving any reasons, by written notice (eg. letter, fax, e-mail) or, if you have received the goods before the deadline, by returning the goods. The deadline begins after receipt of this notification, but not before receipt of the goods and not before we fulfill our obligations from article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB and before meeting our obligations in accordance with § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation or goods. The withdrawal or the return must be sent to:

DENIAL OF WITHDRAWAL
A withdrawal right is denied if the goods are
- electronic components, batteries or if the goods are subject to excise
- goods that were created specifically for you,
- goods that are not suitable for a return,
- media, if they have been unsealed by you.
CANCELLATION
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and possibly towed uses (eg. interests) must be refunded. If you cannot return the goods in their initial state neither in whole nor in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay a compensation for the loss of value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is caused solely by examining them - as it would have been possible in our shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay a compensation by avoiding any deterioration and to keep off everything that could reduce value.
Shippable goods are to be sent back at our peril. You have to bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods were as ordered and the item price is not exceeding 40 euros, or at a higher price if at the time of the revocation neither a complete nor a contractually agreed partial payment has been provided. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Non-shippable goods are being picked up.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or goods, for us with their reception.
